      I came back in February after a year absence. I am bound and determined to be successful this time around. I gave up too quickly last year. I have to learn to roll with the punches and not bail when the going gets tough.

      Hi. This is my 2nd go at this. It's been a year and a half since I joined. Lost 23 lbs. But now have been lazy, gained back 6-7 lbs.
      Never tried the message bds. before. Hope it helps.
