While I'm completely apethetically agnostic when it comes to the Paleo religion (as I jokingly refer) I thought some might find this interesting to read.

While I think it's a good thing to dispel all the Paleo diet hype and the "basis" for it the fact is that it has still helped thousands to lose weight and keep it off so I wouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water just yet. Almost any diet that includes a caloric deficit will help you to lose weight but in the end it's the one that you'll be most likely to stick with that will work best in the long term. For many people that diet is Paleo even if ancient humans didn't follow it.0
