Hi Everyone,
I am fairly new here. I signed up quite a while ago, but never did use it until this past month. I am 39 years old and weigh 245lbs. I lost about 60lbs about 5 years ago and put it back on, and am now looking to take it off and keep it off. I am the type of person that takes encouragement from seeing other people do so well, and I would love to have you all as my friends so that we can give each other the encouragement that we need to succeed. My long term goal is to lose 75-80lbs. My short term goal is to lose 25lbs by the end of June. I have already lost over half of the 25lbs, but I seem to struggle on the days when I am home. I work part time, but find that I do a much better job when I am at work because I can not eat. I find that the weekends are hard as well. I would welcome any tips that you have as to what is keeping you on track. Thanks!!
