Ready to get back on the horse - looking for suggestions

Options
I've been lacking in motivation and time since about November of last year, but I am READY to get back on the wagon.

before that, i did a round of insanity which really screwed ul my back so i stopped and went on to alternate some running with 30DS/P90X... never very organized, just picked whatever i felt like doing that day.

I just got the TurboFire DVDs and I would like to try them - but I think I want to keep in some of the running and strength training also. I am consider throwing together some Running/P90X/Insanity/Turbofire....

Just looking for some suggestions . Is it a good idea to mix so many things after sitting out for 5 months? Should I focus on one or 2? If so, any suggestions on a good starting point?

Running, Turbofire and insanity are cardio based and P90x is strength based. I'd do alternate days cardio and strength with at least one rest day.
