Ok so I am bored..my husband is on his way from a business trip so killing some time...so I am sure some may benefit from this post..some may start craving bad stuff..for the later I am sorry LOL

My guilty pleasures: fried dough & Dominoes bread bowls

Self control (ya right!) - it is called avoidance: NO BEACH lol and no one can order from Dominoes! We can order delivery from anywhere but them..they have nothing healthy (come to think of it..they can't have Chinese food either!) :( I will however incorporate a very small piece of fried dough into my daily allowance every now and then (buy one and split with my kids!!)...the bread bowl...off limits!!!


What's your guilty pleasures? and how do you avoid them?

    chinese....i could eat nothing but chinese food. so, i get the frozen asian style dinners....lean cuisine and healthy choice both have a few asian meal options. its not the same as takeout, but its good enough.
    pizza too. we went out for pizza the other night, and i figured out you can have two slices of pizza hut medium thin-crust veggie lovers pizza for 360 calories. im totally fine with that. and i dont feel like im missing out on anything.

    Chocolate......I love chocolate....I don't buy it very often. I also love to bake and love to make triple chocolate truffles...omg...my mouth is watering! I do allow myself a small piece of dark chocolate from time to time just to take care of the sweet tooth.
