In 8 days I will celebrate my 100th day here at MFP and my 100th day on the journey to the new me. When my children were in Kindergarten (we homeschool), we had a celebration on Day 100 of school ~ we did some special '100' things (like eat 100 mini chocolate morsels). I was thinking I might find a way to celebrate this milestone myself ~ only with more grown-up things...

HOWEVER, for Kindergarten, I had someone tell me what to do ~ I'm so NOT the creative type. That said, I need ideas! LOL!! Any takers? TIA!

Or hey a spa day! I always do that for a job well done or cheaper a manicure or a nice hike! What do you like to do?

I like the idea for a $100 shopping trip! Buy some(things) just for you! Or maybe you could spend 100 minutes doing something that you enjoy..

And don't forget to set a small goal or two so that you're around in 100 more days. :]

Here's a couple ideas that came to mind:wink:
I try not to celebrate with food as that's what got me on MFP to begin with, not that I don't love MFP but I think we all know why we're here.
    ♥pedi
    ♥mani
♥massage (scalp, foot, hand, full body, shoulder, many types to choose from as well, hot rock etc.)
    ♥new polish OPI:love: Brand mmm
♥new shirt or pants or full outfit if you want to splurge
♥boots, cute shoes, more cute shoes
    ♥bracelet to represent your journey/success
    ♥shoes
♥HRM (if you don't already own one)
♥ipod (if you don't already own one)
♥bike (if you'd like to go riding this Summer/Spring and don't already own one)
♥workout clothes (if you go to the gym, or new fun ones if you workout at home)
♥a trip, doesn't have to be outrageous just something special to you that has meaning, even a bike ride on a special trail etc.
♥ a combo of the above

Something will hit you and you'll know it's JUST RIGHT for you to celebrate with, perhaps ideas on this thread you started might get you thinking abit.

    Congrats,
    Becca:flowerforyou:

You could get a baby sitter for the night, get all dressed up and go out for a night on the town with your hubby!
The $100 shopping spree sounds good too!

Great ideas, everyone! Thank you!! The pedicure & date with my hubby are really resonating with me. The $100 shopping spree? I kinda already did that... So maybe I'll wear some of my new SMALLER clothes out on the date!

Also, maybe I'll do some kind of 100-related fitness challenge? Like 100 sit-ups, 100 minutes of yoga, and 100 minutes of walking? Or in the resistance pool? The 100 Trifecta!!! LOL. While I'm definitely celebrating the stick-to-it-iveness here, I also think a challenge of some sort would be appropriate.

Thanks again for your great ideas ~ if you have any more, please pass them along!

    Thanks,
    Paige :flowerforyou:

ETA: Becca, there is no polish in the world like OPI! I think I may have to add that as well...
