GREEN TEA EXTRACT ALONG WITH GREEN COFFEE BEAN EXTRACT??

Im taking green tea extract, green coffee extract and omega 3,6&9 along with a multi vitamin. I have no side effects and have noticed a huge curb in my appitite. I start my day with a protein shake and often have to remind myself to eat lunch.

Has anyone else tried any of these suppliments??

  • As long as you are not sensitive to caffeine, they are generally pretty safe products to be taking. I personally don't take either, as I just drink a lot of coffee and tea spread through out the day.
  • The tablets only contain 2mg of caffine for the green coffee extract and 15mg pf caffine for the green tea extract. Its much much less than a cup of coffee.
