Hello!
I was wondering how many of you have bought a bathing suit online. For exercise I love going to aqua fit classes at my gym. However, I only have one bathing suit. There is this cute one I found online at walmart.com, but I since I have never even bought any clothes online before, I would like some opinions of people who have.
The problem I have is when it mentions the size. I am in between the M and L. The M for chest size and the L for the waist.
A lot of what is in stores is bikini's and I can not pull one of those off at all. I don't want to be THAT person, plus I don't feel comfortable w/ my stomach hanging out anyway since all my weight is in my belly. I like the tankini's and the one pieces that look like tankini's. Any of you have luck finding cute ones in stores? I don't want to spend a lot.
Any suggestions of buying suits online or anything else I appreciate. Thanks!

I never have. I don't actually order clothing online at all. I have a psychological need to try things on and to feel fabrics. It's something I should really try to get over, lol. But with bathing suits, I really think I'd want to try it on before purchasing it.0

The top is from Old Navy, the bottom I got at Fred Meyer. I also found cute tankini tops and bottoms at Target. I had to go try stuff on because I had no idea what size I was. Then I found out that swimsuit sizing is all over the place. Seriously I ended up with small, mediums, and larges. In this picture the top is a medium and the bottoms are larges.0 -
That's why I love the two pieces at Target. You can choose your top and bottom separately, which is really necessary when your top and bottom halves are different sizes. It lets you custom fit yourself.0

I just bought a swim suit. Size 16. But I wear size 12 in pants and 12-14 in shirts. I think the sizes are really different sometimes so I have to try them on first.0
