7 months ago my best friend decided she had to do something about her weight. Well I couldn't just stand by and be overweight while she was getting healthy so I kicked my butt into gear and joined her. It's been a difficult journey at times but worth it, and with supporting each other, myfitnesspal, and awesome friends. We both have almost made it to our goals.

    haha.. I did the same exact thing! I couldn't let my best friend get fit without me! ;) She started 3 months ago, and I only started 1 month ago though. maybe pics later.

    Awh, congrats to both of you!!! True friendship right there :) My best friend was chubby like me but she lost the weight on her own, and she looks amazing and now I'm the fat one, like 40 pounds heavier than she is... but that is just more fuel to the fire.. :)
