    Fruits are nature's candy!
    Fiber one caramel nut bars.
    Quaker granola bars.
    Special K pastry crisps.
    Dark chocolate covered blueberries/acai.
    Jello has 10 calories but it's not one of my favorites.

    small amount of good quality dark chocolate.
    licorice spice or lemon ginger tea (sweet and no calories)
    mandarin oranges
    dark-chocolate-covered brazil nuts

    If you want low cal sweets you have to be willing to eat chemicals. I don't want to eat aspartame or splenda or any artificial sweetner- I can taste how "fake" it is.
    When I want something sweet I eat a small square of dark chocolate.
    I also like plain yogurt with a little maple syrup that I mix in.
    I also find that apples are very very sweet.

    I usually say screw it and eat real food. :/ I don't like chemicals.

    5 organic ginger snap cookies = 120 calories

    It may not be impressively low in calories, but it's better than cake and it satisfies my sweet tooth.

    I freeze a banana, and then blend it with some milk (and maybe whey shake, or berries or whatever...)
    Makes awesome low cal ice cream :)
