Does this sound about right? - help pleaseee

I'm having a bit of trouble knowing if my calories are adding up about right ...

For breakfast - I added it up to about 236 calories
- 30g WHB Rolled oats = 115
A small carrot = 30
Raspberries and blueberries = 16
1 Apple = 60

THEN I did 30 day shred and burnt 357 calories (which meant kissing my brekafast goodbye (?) )

I had a snack of 30mL light milk and 1 teaspoon milo which came to 158 calories.

I then had lunch which came to 226 calories
2 cruskits = 47
1 medium cucumber = 12
1 tomato = 25
WW cottage cheese = 36
Spinach: 3
5med prawns= 30

And later in the afternoon a snack that came to 126 calories
Forme yogurt = 30
Almonds= 42
Raisins=24
Small Apple=45

For dinner I'm going to be having a
Broiled chicken breast =150
1 med sweet potato steamed= 100

My MFP is telling me I still need to eat around about 540 calories for today and I'm just wondering if I add incorrectly, or if because I don't cook my food in sauces or oils, it's saved me big calories, or if maybe I'm still not eating enough.
The eating disorder thoughts come back strongly because I don't know if others eat more or if I'm eating too much.

Thanks for all the support already guys, it's the best thing to have!

    You need to eat more - MFP already calculates the deficit in there for you, and you exercising is allowing you to eat more and to help shape your body.

    Please check my diary and you'll understand :)

    Honestly that is very little. I ate about that today but I've been eating a trillion calories a day for too long so counter-acting it for a day or two. Gosh how many almonds can you get for 42 calories? Whenever I ate a very small handful it was in the hundreds and I wished I could have more. Add more of them! They will help you a lot and they are so healthy for you and your hormones.

    I don't want to sound mean because I think you genuinely don't know, but you're not eating enough and your body won't thank you for it. You don't need to starve your body of the fuel it needs because you think you'll lose more weight... you're right, that's how eating disorders are born. You need to eat everything in moderation and stick to a sensible number of calories - at a bare minimum you should net 1200 calories per day. By my calculations you'll net 597 today. What will happen at that level is you'll probably run out of energy - you'll likely feel lethargic and grumpy and you may not actually lose weight because your body thinks you're starving it and holds onto any calories you do eat. And then you'll think "hey, that's not working, I need to eat even less" when you actually need to eat more.

    Try eating more food - bigger portion sizes, or full fat rather than non-fat products just to squeeze a few more calories in. Best of luck :)
  • Thank you for all your information ladies, it was very helpful , and definitely re-assuring!

    @525600Minutes - no- you don't sound mean- what you're saying is what I need to hear, and is totally right, so thank you! It is exactly what lead to my ED and now it is time to kick that suckers butt goodbye! :)

    @mockchoc - I can agree, almonds are dlish and I loveeee them, it was only 5 or 6 , chopped up into little pieces, to savor every lil bite :') thanks for your response!

    @jessicalysenk - thank you- I shall - it just feels strange eating more now, my tummy is full and the ED just has to have its say, I just never knew weight loss worked by eating back calories youd burnt to be at a certain daily goal, so I spose I'm learning!
