Hey Everyone!
I'm new to this site. I have a lot of fitness goals. I have lost 60 pounds and kept it off for 4 year. I'd like to lose 5 more however...but my real goals are about strength. First, I'd like to be able to do a pull up...not a chin up ( I can do those now), and I want to be able to bench press my body weight. I'm up to 110 as my max right now - 30 more pounds to go! (assuming I lose the 5 pounds I want to lose).
