Insanity and running help

Ive done 2 weeks of insanity and since them my running's gone rubbish my calf's go soooooooo tight and i just find it so difficult.
Any ideas why.

Probably the running in place type exercises that insanity uses. They always played havoc with me. I would suggest extra stretching. You can find specific stretches on-line or as a phone app. Doesn't have to be when you finish exercising, make it relaxing and do it while you watch tv (if you do) or as a meditative thing before bed.0

Insanity is very intense, sounds like your body simply isn't recovered enough by the time you have your run, I would question myself if trying to stick with other exercise has any benefit whilst doing insanity, or if infact it puts you at risk of overtraining and injury while you are on the insanity programme. Rest and recovery is VERY important.
