I am going on vacation next week to hawaii & will not be returning until May 4th. I know its a couple days late BUT id like to do a May challenege, its a way for me to get back on track & just for anyone in general. It will actually start on Monday May 6th. Anyone can join in & id love all the support! Anyone who has rockin body, it would be perfect, im going to start following his plan from that day out (now i just do whatever workouts from him i want), but it seems like people are more successful by following his plan. We can get back to each other each week on our success, whether we lost inches/pounds etc. Id like to set goals for the week as well....Anyone interested? If so message me and we can talk more about it because I feel like this is a good way to jumpstart for the summer if we have each others support!

I've seen Insanity and it looks well, Insane. I'm not where ready for that. I just got Rockin Body though and it doesn't look that bad..I did the Mark Move and Grove just fine (lots of sweat but fine) and I'm pretty out of shape. I skimmed the other tracks and they look a little harder but not crazy. I think its somewhat adjustable to..you can do the moves in a simple way or follow the modifier, or you can make your steps bigger and add more "groove" to it. There is a heck of a lot of hype on the dvd, but I think I'll like the workouts.
To the person who did Hop Hop Abs and just got Rockin Body...please post how you like one vs the other after you try out the Rockin Body...I'm curious.Good luck ladies, Shaun T is nuts haha his insanity almost killed me.0
