HELP!

I've been doing so well since Christmas when I got my Wii Fit! I am very discouraged though - I have plateaued. :( I lost about 20 pounds and then started fluctuating between 197 and 193. Just need some advice, motivation, success stories....something! Someone share some good news about a plateau! :)

    If you're plateaued that probably means your body has gotten used to what you're doing. You may want to shake things up. Change your exercise routine, play with the diet. Have you shocked your system with a nice 500-cal-over day lately?

    When I plateaued last time I just moved my 30 min's of cardio to 'first thing in the morning, before breakfast', and that did it. Try some stuff,,, it's a fun puzzle to work. :smile:

    The Wii Fit is what I started w/ also. I plateaued at about 20 lbs. too so I had to incorporate walking in. You can still use the Wii but it sounds like you need to add something else to your exercises.
