Hello
Just wondering who else is on here that has been through the GWMS and is still trying to lose weight. I know the dieticians of the service are now recommending this website and I agree as I've been using it for a while now.
Would be good to connect with some others that know the service so we can provide each other with support but also compare notes on the advice you have been given.
