Insanity (I'm not a quitter)

So after doing c25k and lifting weights and losing 50lbs I thought the time was now do do Insanity. Wow was I wrong, first night last night and never knew it was that intense. I have started now and not going to quit. Hope to see some big results at then end. I know I'll get out of it what I put in. Well here goes Day 2. Anyone else doing it right now.

    I'm starting tonight!! I'm very excited - I've been doing TurboFire for close to a year and need a change.

    Don't give up! I am on day 6. It is SOOO intense but I'm burning mega calories compared to what I was doing the past 3 months (30 Day Shred and Wii Just Dance 4). I am hoping to get awesome results and I already feel my cardio health improving :)
    This morning when I did Plyo Cardio I nearly cried, I get so focused on doing it and "digging deeper" and not wanting to take a break that I get emotional if I can't keep up. Push yourself, but take breaks if you KNOW you need to. This is the first workout ever in my entire life that makes me grunt and yell, lol, that's how I know it's good stuff.

    Come on! you can do it!!!

    This is my second week and uff the exercises is very intense, I'm agree with that, but if you want some change in your body you need to work harder!! nothing is free!!!

    Well day 2 is done wow. Wow doesn't even explain it. I even video taped it so see how my form is wow can tell I'm new at this. But what a burn . Cant wait till tomorrow this is going to be fun;) Friend me if you need motivation for this I sure do.
