In the past few weeks I have been working on strength training and have set goals for decreasing my body fat percentage. Being taught how to properly work with weights has been such a benefit. With that said I had a small breakthrough this weekend while working out, I upped my maximum weights for:
- reverse lunges with the bar to 50 lbs.
- leg press is 190 lbs now
- leg extension 70 lbs (literally couldn't belive I did 3 sets with this)
- leg curls 75 lbs
- decreased my assisted dips and pull-ups by 15lbs
May not seem like much but to me it is a lot!
