Hi All,
This may sound really silly but im only a few days in my pt has given me a workout programme and Im meant to be sticking to a diet of 1200 -1500 calories a day.
If i exercise and record it on here it adds calories allowed to my daily allowance - should i be eating these extra calories, if I dont eat them would I be under my calorie goal as I am alread cutting calories ? Im a bit confused with this one?!
Any advice would be much apperciated!!

Your body probably needs 1200 calories a day just for basic bodily function .... heart, lungs, kidney, etc. Eating 1200 & exercising a lot can bring your net calories way down.
When your body doesn't get the calories it needs (to function) .... it takes them from other sources .... stored body fat (yeah!) ... and existing muscle mass (boo!). To keep muscle mass, eat some of your exercise calories.0
