Sweatin' to the Oldies?

Has anyone tried this program? I understand it's an exhausting cardio routine with body weight strength training and designed around muscle confusion. I am not certain if the title indicates it is only for seniors, or if young people can try it as well. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The woman on the cover in the striped shorts looks very fit and her legs look really nice and toned (although I don't expect that I would do whatever the tanning bed portion of the program is, that doesn't flatter her.)

If you can pull off the *jazz hands* move, then you will be well on your way to perfecting your physical goals.

Remember to take breaks when needed, and most importantly, drink enough water so you don't dehydrate from all the sweat you are losing during the program.

I was to understand that wasn't sweat but rather 'butter' being 'shaken off my buns'?

I am in my 60's but I do sweat and it does get my heart rate up. I like the first one better than the second. I use it when I can't get outside or get to the pool at the Y. To each his own but it is better than not doing anything. I log it as dance, general.

It is exercise. Exercise is great. Everyone should do it. Whether it's the right exercise for you would depend on your goals.
