So I finished the 30 DS the other day, started Ripped in 30. Im down 20 pounds, 3 inches from the waist, my clothes are literally falling off. On a side note, went out with a friend last night and only had to buy myself one drink. Its been a long time since some random guy bought me drinks and it felt good. :happy: Here's my before and after.
