Music To Work Out To

Options
What sort of music fits the theme and helps you along?
I find lots do it;
Lily Allen - Alfie, has a great beat to keep up with on the elliptic trainer (cardio).
Failing that, My Chemical Romance - Boy Division, is perfect. Again, a great beat!

Linkin Park, overrated but still the best!
Blue Stahli - ULTRAnumb, check out the rest of his songs too!
Bring Me The Horizon VS Skrillex - The Sadness Will Never End
    Jake Miller - Beast Mode
Motivational speeches from Eric Thomas (Take No Days Off and How Bad Do You Want It)

    Just to name a few...

For cardio: House, trance, downtempo, trip-hop and other sort of electornica, and when lifting.. hmm.. mostly heavy metal music fits me the best hehe.

I listen to the most random things when I work out.
    Examples:
Ice Cube- You Can Do it
    Salt N' Peppa- Push it
Empire of the Sun- Walking on a Dream
    Icona Pop- I Love it
    The Strokes- Whatever Happened

I love the Pandora workout stations. Most of the time I listen to the pop workout, but today I listened to the Country fitness station and it was pretty good, too!

I've got Pandora, but can't find any workout stations. What do you type in to get there?
