Here are two of my absolute favorite Hummus Recipes; unfortunately, I don't know what was posted earlier.

    Enjoy!!!

    Green Herb Hummus

    INGREDIENTS:

1 15 oz Can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
    1 Handful Parsley
    1 Handful Basil
    1 Handful Dill
1 Medium Scallion or Green Onion
    2 Tbs Tahini
    1 Clove Garlic, smashed
    3 Tbs Lemon Juice*
    1 Tsp Honey
    1 Tsp Kosher Salt
    1 Dash Cayenne Pepper*
    1/3 Cup Olive Oil

    DIRECTIONS:

Rinse and drain garbanzo beans very well
Add garbanzo beans to electric blender or food processor
Tear parsley, basil and dill into small pieces; add to blender or food processor
Lightly chop scallion or green onion; add to blender or food processor
Add tahini and garlic to blender or food processor
Squeeze half of lemon into blender or food processor
Add honey, salt and cayenne pepper into blender or food processor
Add olive oil to blender or food processor
Pulse ingredients together until smooth and creamy; or desired consistency
Scrape the mixture off the sides of the blender or food processor in between pulses

Transfer mixture to airtight container and store in refrigerator for approximately one week

*Note: Increase and/or decrease amount(s) according to desired taste

    1/4 cup of tahini
    3 garlic cloves
    juice of 2 lemons
    16 drops of hot sauce

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend till desired consitancy.
