Hi All
I went to see a dietian and am now eating 7 servings of veggies per day
however I get so damned bloated from it-
anyone else have this issue?
I mostly eat red and yellow peppers- tomatos- carrots and celery
what do you do for it??
thanks

It will likely get better as your gut adjusts to the new diet. Beano can help in the meantime. A daily probiotic may also help. And drink plenty of fluids to keep that fiber moving.0

Might be easier to back off on the veggies to start and gradually increase the amount over a month or 6 weeks until you're up to the full amount. Go back to your "before" level and increase by one serving every week or so, It's probably the fiber and you internal bugs probably need to "ramp up" for the change. It could also possibly be a sensitivity or intolerance to one specific kind of vegetable (or even several kinds) - maybe try eating just one kind each day and note which ones lead to discomfort0
