I'm not sure why I thought to do this, but I just took my weight (in pounds) and divided it by my height (in inches) and I weigh 2.7 pounds per inch of height. Curious if anyone else has ever done this and what they got as their answers? I'm silly I guess...
189.5 pounds / 70 inches (5'10")
Maybe I'm excited because I haven't been in the 180's since I was about 21, lol. I started this journey at 4.3 pounds per inch (300 pounds ????)
Happy Monday everyone, thanks for taking the time to read or respond to my post!
