Hey all!! I'm new to this and tracking all my food and exercise. I do bootcamp 3 days a week and i'm looking for some feedback on the best way to track that? i find it difficult as we do so many different exercises one class.

I've been doing Jillian Michaels Shed and Shred, and I've also taken boot camp classes, and they are very similar. On the exercise tracker, I will be choosing either the high impact aerobics or the high intensity calisthenics. Those two seem most aligned with boot camp type of exercises.0

I am rather new to MFP as well and I also do the bootcamps and shed and shred. I had been using Circuit Training when logging. I am not sure which one would fit those excersices better. I may have to try using the High impact aerobics as well.0
