Basically I am going to start training this week to get my stamina up but I want something to do that will help me tone maybe twice a week. I have lots of DVDs but find the preppy instructors annoying.

Thinking half an hour, what do people suggest. Squats, lunges, etc? Wanna work on my bum, thighs and stomach area.

Any advice on what simple exercises I can do would be fab.

Complete newbie to this, would normally just whack a DVD but finding they make me lose motivation.
