Hey everybody, this is Tony, 28, from CA. Started my weight loss journey back in August 2012, originally trying to lose a few pounds before being the best man at a wedding, but now its escalated into a new way of life. Started at a ridiculous 290 lbs, I'm now down to about 210, but still got a ways to go!
I've come this far through a 5x a week cardio routine. In the beginning it was 30 min of walking at night, and even just that would wear me out. Yeah, I was THAT out of shape! But eventually it got easier, and I started incorporating jogging, and uphills into the routine. Finally, now I'm to the point where I can actually jog for 4-5 minutes at a time and not be dead-tired afterwards. So were making some good progress on that front.
Where I need to improve is definitely in my diet. I've been overweight pretty much my whole life, but I've never really been much of an overeater. I just always ate terribly - bad food choices, and most my eating happened later in the evening. Im not proud to say, I still eat pretty terribly. I mean, I did cut out soda, and I'm pretty good about avoiding fast food (that used to be a BIG problem) But I still find myself living off of mexican food and pizza more than anything else. Im too picky of an eater for most diet foods. Id rather eat a small amount of something tasty than a large amount of food I dont like. Im working on that, though, haha. Need some help

but sounds like your on point!!!0 -
Good for you!! Are you making your own food? Try meal prepping! And do all the things you love. You like pizza? Try a BBQ chicken with veggies on a cauliflower crust.0

^ No, I dont really make my own food much. I need to work on that for sure. Usually if I eat a meal it home its just something quick; a yogurt cup, a granola bar, piece of fruit, etc...
I feel like my weight loss has started plateauing the last couple weeks, despite a lot of exercise. So I'm definitely gonna start tweaking the diet some to get more results. Guess I should be happy I made it this far still eating pretty badly, haha0
