Scottish and a tad overweight

Ok I am nearly 38, I work shifts and I have 3 kids. my weekly exercise consists of 1-2 hours of football and 2 hours of volleyball. My issue is eating rubbish and at the wrong time. Chinese, pizzas and fast food, especially when I am at work.
damn you food.

So gonna try a new regime and squeeze in some more exercise and try to cut out the fast food.

lets see how I do. Any help or words of encouragement would be appreciated or a good doc that can staple my gut/mouth..

Im also quite new to posting on here - this being my first..

Playing football and volleyball is a good start. Add some strength training, stretching after you work out, and 30 minutes of walking on days that you aren't already exercising, and you'd have adequate exercise covered. Log those calories, and see what needs to be cut out.

Haha...well welcome! You've come to the right place, there are tons of people on here that will be more than happy to guide you along your way! Feel free to add me if you like and good luck to you!
  • I'm also new to this site. Cutting back on fast food will help. Depending on your ultimate goal, cardio and weightlifting is ideal.
