hello all you fighters.!

im new to this & only being dieting & exersizing a week now, since im only 5 foot 3 and have ballooned to 9 stone 11 (now 9 stone 6) , I had a miscarriage in February, I made it to 10 weeks pregnant, one of my main pregnancy symtoms was the need to eat and sleep more, so I was eating constantly and spent most of the day sat on my lazy bum.! but now things have to change as I feel out of breath just walking upstairs, im feeling very insecure and my self esteem has dropped massively, but im very confident that I can do this & get back down to at least 8 stone 5lb. ive noticed my thighs and tummy are no longer firm and slight stretch marks there.

i would really appreciate some new friends :)
I enjoy giving out advise & helping others, I would love someone to talk to right now :)
