    Hi, I signed up yesterday and have been reading alot of what has been written. I feel this will be just want I need you all seem very supportive. I'm trying to lost about 24 more lbs. over the last five years I have lost 136lbs, but lost my motavition and gained 25lbs back. Then in Jan I decided that I needed to get back on track and since then have lost 22lbs. But I still would like to lose the last 24. I know witheveryones surpport that i'll beable to do this. My daughter and I have also been doing weight watchers and we weigh in every Saturday so that is when I'll post my new weight. My daughter is 14 and she has lost 17lbs since Jan2008.
