I'm an 18 year-old female, 5"5 and Im guessing 140 pounds. (Not allowed scale access, since last august).
I've developed disordered eating over the last 2 years, and in the last 8 months its gotten much worse. On average I eat 500 calories a day and excersise alot. I am currently getting help for my issues and I want to get better, I just dont know the best way to go about that without gaining a bunch of weight.

Any recoverers out there with any advice?
