Hi all,

I know this doesn't apply to 'Introduce yourself" but there is nowhere else to post general questions....

I'm concidering taking the real estate course and applying for my liscence. Just curious if there are any real estate agents, realtors or brokers on here that can lend any type of advise?

How did you start? Did you do well the first year or did you struggle? Any important advise you can give is greatly appreciated!!
