SERIOUS QUESTION (I am not a troll) Re: Alcohol and Exercise

Serious question guys.
I like to play the devil's advocate from time to time and see where the dice-roll lands. What is your opinion on exercise after drinking?
Say that one is avidly counting calories, watching nutrients, and drinking cup after cup of water. This subject exercises for about one half hour per day on a regular basis. What benefits or deficits would this person get from exercising after having two beer? What if she/he were half in the bag?

Not sure about safety or health reasons, but I know that if I have just one glass of wine the workout is NOT happening... lol0

That would be my concern regularly. But it seems this person drinks water like a fish and likes to have a beer or two before playing hockey, lifting, or running.0
