Shoe fetish?

Nice subject right? Now that I got your attention I need your help! I am getting married in November and I have to decide on a pair of shoes to wear. The two below are the ones I like the most. Out of the two options which one do you like? Might I mention that I chose these because my wedding is vintage inspired. Male/female help appreciated please! :)

If your feet tend to swell, the second pair would be better.

Thanks for the responses! Sadly the first pair has been discontinued through the manufacturer, so if I go with those I'll only be able to get them in a size 6, but in the Pleaser brand my feet don't fit a 7 and they don't make half sizes so a 6 might work. Ugh, I love shoes but it's sooooooo hard to make a final decision, lol.

They ar both pretty but I would look around more. The first pair is too trendy IMO and the second pair is a little conservative. I would love to see something in between :)

    I really like both!

But just to be more helpful, I think the first one is probably more 'wedding-gy'.

The second ones look a bit more formal, so it depends a lot on the style of your dress. If it's full of frills and girly crap, go with the first ones. If it's more of a "simple" dress, the second set would look better.
  • I love the first pair but if im honest get a pair that are correctly fitting you as the last thing you want it sore achey feet on your wedding day.
failing that go for the ones you love the look of and buy so fluffy slippers to pop on once you can no longer stand in them (thats what i did...i had pink & white Bagpuss slippers on in the evening)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the first shoes.

The second ones, though, might be more appropriate for a wedding

For being on your feet all day. . . I'd go with the 2nd pair. However, both are good looking shoes. I just think the 2nd pair would be more comfortable.

They are both GORGEOUS! But if you're going for a vintage look I' say the second pair.

    i see two as a bridesmaid's shoe!

But in the end, buy what you can actually stand in all day/night!

Number 1, number 1, number 1, number 1. Sooooo gorgeous.

    I'm a size 9, btw. If you get a BOGO deal, I'm in :)

And btw, congrats on your upcoming nuptials.

I agree with everyone who has said to make sure that you get a pair that fit properly and are relatively comfortable. Because you NEED to keep your shoes on for the whole evening. It's your wedding, you're on display all night, and there's no sense in going to all kinds of effort to look amazing only to ruin the effect by taking off your shoes. Your feet will hurt, yes, but it's one night. You can handle it.

(And before anyone asks, I wore 6" platform heels to my wedding, and they didn't come off until about 2 in the morning.)

Edited to add that I think both pairs are lovely, but the second pair does have more of a classic 1950's look.
  • She could always wear the heels to the actual wedding and then bring flats to wear for the rest of the day

The second one, especially if the first pair isn't in your size! You don't want to be in pain your whole wedding and then be bandaging blisters afterwards, that would just suck.

I think the second pair is vintage, classy and simple. I prefer those.

I like the first shoe much better but if it is a vintage wedding the second pair should be your choice. BTW, my choice does not take into consideration for the dress as the embelishment on the shoe should be carried thru the dress and pssibly thru the veil.

Gorgeous shoes, but I think the second pair is a bit more "frumpy" than the first pair. And I am an old lady!!!

I LOVE both pairs but, I would go with the one available in your size. As you don't want to be uncomfortable on your wedding day.
