Late Night Frustrated with adding meals and exercise

Why am I trying to search for food and an exercise similar to the one I did today and getting no results? Isn't it a database I can use to find info on an orange or some chicken and how many calories on average I burned??? I am doing something simple and not understanding the web-site. Frustrated and it's almost 2 in the morning. Will try again tomorrow evening. Suggestions?

  • You have to go into track food, and add whatever you eat to whatever meal you ate it for.
    That applies to the exercise as well. There are links on the left side of your homepage

    Besides - should you really be eating and exercising that late at night?
  • Thanks - I'll check out the links. I wasn't working out and eating late; I was up trying to work. I work from home and didn't feel prepared for my meeting today. Hoping to work on this more today with a clear mind. Thanks again!
