If you aren't adding that little snack you ate today to your food diary at the end of the day so it looks like you're within your calories for the day, the truth will show eventually. ;)

    Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only person that logs just about every little bite because no one's diary looks as crazy as mine. I have tons of logs for things like 2 crackers, 1/2tbsp peanut butter, 1 mini rolo (those little chocolate and caramel candies, 27kcal a piece), etc.

    The only things I don't log are gum (I'll have one, maybe two pieces a day so a maximum of like 10 calories) and spices (3 calories from 1/2tsp of cinnamon won't blow my deficit). I more than make up for this by not logging my exercise.
