As i sat in my surgery trying to gently encourage a 35 year old morbidly obese individual (BMI - 60) who is diabetic, and suffering from chronic back and knee pain to try gentle walking, stretches and a weight loss diet. I was told that us young skinny people had no idea what it was like.
Since a year ago I had a BMI of 50 and I am 15 years older, it made me feel good
