Cooking Spray?

Made my morning egg substitute omelet this AM and noticed that it was easily slipping around the pan because I had used a lot of cooking spray. My question: How do you know when to count this as oil?

    Check out the database for "spray oil". It lists a bunch and you can track it by how long you spray for, like Pam Canola Spray is 4 calories in a 1/2 second spray :)
