Anyone have suggestions on logging Les Mills Pump workouts?
I attempted to log the individual exercises, but it gave me nothing - they tout the "rep effect" so I am thinking that according to them I must be burning some calories?

Try just logging it as circuit training if you don't have an HRM.0

That class is more cardio than strength training. When I was doing it I blew through between 300 and 400 cals/class- measured using an HRM. Which I definitely recommended getting for accuracy.0

I log it as Les Mills BodyPump...it is in the system under cardio exercises. I wear a heart rate monitor to gague how many calories I've burned.0

Thanks! I was trying to log as a strength exercise. Guess I should have thought about that!0
