30 Day Squat Challenge - QUESTION

Ok, I am sure this may be a dumb question, but I have not been able to find it anywhere. I am up to 100 squats (doing them today), do I have to do all 100 at once? Can I break it up 50 at lunch, 50 at dinner?

Just want to be sure I am doing it right! Want the best results!

    i'm sure lots of people do them in sets. I guess the more you do the more you can end up doing in one set eventually.
