Daily challenge for 4/16/13

My CHALLENGE for everyone today: Burning an extra 100 calories by doing the following. . . 40-jumping jacks 30-crunches 20-squats 10-pushups. If your up for it comment and then leave comment when your done!!!

    I'm in! going to do wall push-ups since there's no way i'm putting my hands on the ground at work... check in after lunch!

    Since I will be tailgating at the baseball game after work, I will do this during the day. I just hope no one catches me :blushing:

    I did it, but boy, was it hard. Nobody told me that jumping jacks were so painful. That's the last time I do them without a bra.

    Yeah I wouldn't recommend doing them without a bra.....
