Calories burned via strength training?

Just curious why there was no calorie burn info for strength training. You know you've got to be burning SOMETHING!! :huh:

I think it depends what you're doing - I was really surprised too but then I wore my HRM for my whole cardio workout and the strength training I did afterwards, my heart rate was only in 110/115 range, a couple pushed it to 120. My cardio workout pushes me to an average of 163 so the difference is huge. I have a resting heart rate of 59 but I don't think 110 is burning much for me at all, whereas 130 onwards is according to the charts and things I have put some stats in to.
If you can use or borrow a HRM to see what your average workout does for you you'll be able to assess if you should be putting in cals burned for your strength routine.
