MORNING TRAINING

Does anyone else find that getting up and "getting it done" first thing in the morning yields greater sucess for them? I am finding that this is working for me, and would love to hear your opinions. It just seems like, the longer a day goes on, the more "tired" I feel and get "too busy". If I tackle it at 5am, I feel awesome the rest of the day. Thanks all!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
