Lift Like A Girl - Nia Shanks... Anyone?

I'm thinking of going this route, combined with my regular walking/jogging schedule since I kinda HATE HIIT.
I'm already doing small weights at home, but I'm craving more, and I've decided to join my kids at the Y... or maybe Planet Fitness.. not sure yet.

I was doing 30DS, but by day 6 I was already bored. I'll definitely go back to it, but I'd rather spend that time on weights and walk/run.

Any successes with LLAG? Any suggestions? I really have no CLUE what I'm doing. I feel like once I DO get to a gym, I'm going to look like a silly newb, LOL.

    I just ordered the Beautiful Bad *kitten* program and just got done reading both manuals. I have to say I feel very overwhelmed and intimidated by it all but I really really want to try it!!

    I workout at home so I'm limited in some of the moves but she lists several substitutions that I think I can manage!

    Which program are you thinking of going with?
