Hi! I'm new!

I am new to the message boards, but I definitely need all the encouragement I can get. I have been a couch potato for the past several years, and gained a lot of weight. Now I am getting back in shape. I can honestly say I am a FORMER fast food junkie...since I have not touched it in over a month. I am cooking healthy and have cut out a lot of the junk food. I am doing bootcamp twice a week and working out to Jillian Michaels DVD's. So far this month, I've lost 8 pounds. I'm happy, but I know that I have a long way to go. I have a weight loss goal of 100 pounds. I'm currently 262 pounds and decreasing :)
