Newbie switching from WW... looking for friends and support!

Hello all!

I am new to MFP! I have been doing Weight Watchers for about 3 months with mixed success. In the beginning I was extremely successful, I lost 14 lbs in the first 2 months, but for the past 5 weeks my weight loss has been stalled - I've had a net loss of only 0.2 lbs. I decided that I needed a change, and figured I could save myself some money too by switching to a free service, so here I am!

I'd love to hear any tips or tricks anyone has to offer, especially former WW-ers. I think I'm going to try to keep up with the GHGs (except maybe the healthy oils), does anyone have any advice about transitioning between the two programs?
