mid morning and mid afternoon snacks

Hi,

Trying to find ideas for snacks in the morning and afternoon that have around 20g protein and 30g of complex carbs. I work in an office so I can't go cooking up a meal at these times. I'm trying to balance my intake of protein and carbs throughout the day, breakfast lunch and dinner is sorted but I'm racking my brains trying to think of something for 11am and 4pm.

All I've come up with is Protein bars and fruit.

Any ideas?

    Lunch meat, mixed nuts, fruits with nut butters, veggies and hummus, a small salad with black or garbanzo beans

    I mostly just focus on protein - but I usually have greek yogurt in the morning and a protein bar in the afternoon.
