congratulations - and interesting to see your diet as you only been eating a 1300 cal average which most here say wont shift weight !!!

Thank you. I try to eat protein and veggies. I also try to limit "starchy" carbs to twice a week. (I'm still working on that).
I do cardio (run, stationary bike, elliptical, dance class) 6 days a week and lift weights 3 times a week.0 -

Thanks doll! I was actually between 125-130 before I gained all of this weight, so I hope I will look healthy. Haha.

Tough Mudder is a 10-13 run with 20+ military style obstacles. The one I'm doing is in North Lake Tahoe in California.
