Not losing weight...My theory as to why.

So, I've been working out 5 days a week for a few months now as well as watching what I eat (ok not so much lately, lately I've been eating all the things and then some).
Although I'm gaining a ton of muscle, losinng inches and feeling better I'm not losing any weight.
I think it might be because I'm not updating my facebook status every time I work out. Nor am I instagraming every single meal I eat. I mean, if you don't post it on FB/instagram, did it really happen?

You need to make sure everyone knows you're eating healthy. I think you're absolutely correct. Also the calories are equal to the pictures you post. Some days when I want to eat some lemon cake I just post a picture of a lemon and that really cuts down on the calories. When I drink beer I always post images of light beer even if I'm having the full dark stuff. It's far fewer calories to do it this way.
One other trick you can do is to post more calories from your workout than you actually burned. "I just ran 15 miles". Jokes on them when you really only did 15 minutes of running but you can totally add in 2,000 calories burned for that post. Go home and enjoy all the extra food from your faux workout.

You must be some sort of coach or something.0 -
Try eating different times than your normal routine, also different styles of food. Also FB is a fad that is so yesterday.0

You would also need to pay Facebook to make sure EVERYONE sees your post, or else it won't count and you will NEVER lose weight.0

<snort> I think you're on to something...sounds totally reasonable to me. I mean I haven't really lost any weight recently....and it is because I hate Facebook...and refuse to understand Instagram...I keep deleting it off my phone. SO really it is karma...
